- Castle Courtine consists of four main buildings to rehabilitate.
The castle, former residence of the owners of the area, this building is composed in its central parts of welcome and reception.
This project plans to rehabilitate the building by building the reception rooms ground floor and first level of local hospitality and services of the "tourist residence." A recreation area will develop in the body farm.
The cellars, old place for the transformation of the vine, this imposing received the wine and all the equipment for the breeding of vines and making wine "Field of Courtine."
This body building will be rehabilitated for residential part of tourism. The units will be articulated around a central atrium forming an indoor garden under a roof turned into glass.
The central body of the west wing of the building will receive a spa center with indoor and outdoor pool, local reception, changing rooms, toilets, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, treatment rooms.
This package will be dedicated to tourism residence Castle Courtine.
