- The project sought to articulate the different scales in the presence of surrounding buildings which explains the two types of gauge of the residential (R+2 R+4). The planned building is located in the continuity of existing alignments.
The architectural project is to organize two different types of buildings while using the same architectural vocabulary and play a full rotation of withdrawals and thus an identity architectural and urban habitat.
The momentum given to the roof affirms the will of lainson with components of the site. The buildings surround a central space largely sized allowing most of the housing benefit heart block. This space, semi-public is designed both protected and accessible to all.
At the traditional concept of a majority of housing, he was associated a few more atypical cells but also better adapted to areas required in the program; stay organized in open space for a gain space on traffic splitting some stays in several areas of life, duplexes with terraces deprivation.
