- The project is composed of four units of housing: two linear buildings located at the entrance to form a front of buildings creating the forum, which closes the parcel; their gables then tantamount to a door opening onto a passing pedestrians crossing a bamboo. This passage functions as a "filter" plant releasing a heart on a wooded island. The other two buildings which are arranged symmetrically with the prospect created, opened first on the wooded area and then come close to the bottom of plot.
This accentuates the effect of perspective, given the extent to space végétalisé central, and closes the heart to block. It can finally work towards identifying the views, despite the proximity of buildings linked to the narrowness of the plot. The location of parking has been designed so as to release a heart block a plant of the ground, allowing the tree planting high stalk.
The type of habitat intermediate developed in the project, between the house and collective housing, high, offers outdoor spaces quality found on the ground floor of private gardens. According to the same spirit, the facades overlooking the heart block offer, on all levels, large openings extended large terraces. The garden located in the heart block will consist of three elements: a plot, a space engazonné and a wooded area.
This provision defines a framework for quality of life, on the principle of living in a park.
