- This property are located on the town of Saint Priest Jarez to face the plaza of the Modern Art Museum of Saint Etienne.
Initially it was a project of two apartment buildings and houses in four cities. Today, the town houses have been replaced by local activities for reasons of financial equilibrium of the operation.

The architecture is inspired modern roof terrace and game plans vertical and horizontal concrete.
