- The project is located at the entrance to the resort of Les Arcs 1800, town of Bourg Saint Maurice, at the scene said "the charvet" along the access road to Les Arcs. The natural terrain is oriented north-west of the valley with a difference of about 16m. The plan is organizing a mass volume compact focused valley.
It is a seasonal housing program - the project of general interest responding to needs identified by the municipality.
The project includes 75 residential housing (including housing for the caretaker of the building).
The project includes cells 17 sq.m. and 28 sq.m. on 8 levels.
The site provides a current floor called ground-floor since the road with an elevation R +2 on the road. The remaining levels (R-1 to R-5) follows the slope of the terrain. This volume can also manage apartments taking place along a central corridor.
The dwellings are served by this horizontal movement but also by an elevator and a staircase. The apartments for their benefit large spaces naturally lighted by large windows without vis-à-vis.
