- Located in Saint Etienne, this building locked strongly needed to be restructured. The program called for the rehabilitation of the entire property, a new distribution of all accommodation, carrying out an extension and a reclassification of outdoor spaces including the creation of a park.
Beyond the functional aspects and regulations, the project focused on a new perception of the residence. The extension, comprising two volumes hosting two distinct functions, is treated with quality materials, wood, concrete gross stripping and glass.
The vertical movement is emphasée by its transparency opposed to the opacity of the rest of the building and is a sign for the lobby.
