- The project proposes the implementation of a tourism residence of 84 homes in the town of Macot La Plagne, on land occupied by the former workshops of the SAP in La Plagne 1800.
The project consists of several buildings R +3 with 2 levels of underground parking, linked to each other by corridors and terraces. All this residence form an island open on one side in direct connection with the roads serving the existing platform. At the centre of the island will be located a small building consisting of local activities, such as a swimming pool, accommodation capacity of the complex is about 500 beds.
For the sake of integration, the design incorporates the facades of the typology of existing buildings. The basement will be mainly handled in stone, the parties running in wood with large openings and roofs are essentially two parts and covered with roofing.
Particular attention will be given to treatment of the approaches. The center of the island is almost entirely végétalisé, leaving just space the circulations of different buildings.
