- Project to renovate the building Nouvelles Galeries built for the French Society of Nouvelles Galeries together in 1894 by architect Lamaiziére. This building has undergone several transformations since on the internal organization, but also externally on the facades. The project tends to enhance the architectural heritage and commercial inherited by making the first expression of the facade, for the reconstruction of the original modénature. The project will then be organized with two levels of shops of small and medium-sized surfaces, a level of offices and two levels of housing.
