- This property is located on the town of Saint Priest Jarez to face the plaza of the Museum of Modern Art in Saint Etienne.
Initially it was a project of two apartment buildings and houses in four cities. Today, the town houses have been replaced by local activities for reasons of financial equilibrium of the operation.
The plot is a strip between the esplanades type peri urban museum of modern art and fabric pavilion on the hill of Jarez to Saint Priest.
The building plan mass is located in "U". Two apartment buildings type R +4 are positioned on either side of an office block-type R +1 preserving a visual escape for homes located behind the parcel on the hill.
The architecture is a modern inspiration, roof terrace and game plans vertical and horizontal concrete. Some loggias have dryers made with wooden racks. The slope of natural terrain allows access to full-foot underground parking which is a foundation on which just build buildings.
