- The islets are located in the extension of the railway station and on the influence of former warehouses of the Sernam previously occupied by the mine shaft of chestnut trees. They are a front built between the influence of railroads in the north and esplanade south of France. The project acts and reacts with its existing environment and future, and opens to the public arena. It is aligned along the esplanade and draws a silhouette straight and split on an urban scale. Open to the district and city, it drives the pace and scenery. It consists of two main volumes built who organized a continuity of the railway station. The space generated by this settlement helps develop an internal street vocation of activities and services.
